This Is Why You Wake Up In The Middle Of The Night!!!

If by any chance you wake up in the middle of the night and you stay up for an hour or so, makes you groggy in the morning. This is not something new. It actually happens to our ancestors.
If this occurs often then it means you are supposed to wake up. We slept for four hours and we are awake for one or two and sleep again for four hours. This is a biological clock that we ignore it.

People in the past when awake in the middle of the night used to pray, write, drink some tea or relax. The brain produces prolactin and this hormone promotes relaxation.
This waking up process is a normal human physiology. If people who wake up at night are anxious, cant sleep need this hour or two to relax and relief stress.
So don’t panic when you wake up in the middle of the night. The body is just doing what it needs to do naturally. You don’t need to diagnose a problem when there isn’t any.  This has been stated by a neuroscience circadian professor at the Oxford University, Mr. Greg Jacobs.
